Senator Leo Housakos voices support for Hong Kong Watch after it receives formal warning from Hong Kong Police Force
On 22 March 2022, Senator Leo Housakos, a Canadian Parliamentarian and a Patron of Hong Kong Watch, spoke in the Senate chamber about the formal warning that Hong Kong Watch has received from the Hong Kong Police Force’s National Security Department regarding its website possibly breaching the National Security Law. Senator Housakos called for support for Hong Kong Watch and its Chief Executive Benedict Rogers, to whom the Hong Kong Police Force’s letter was addressed.
