Ben, chief executive and co-founder of Hong Kong Watch and a team member at CSW, tells Dave Piper that 8 pro-democracy campaigners, living abroad, have had bounties put on their heads by the Hong Kong authorities. Ben says democratic nations need to take the threat from China to the 8 seriously, and do more to restore freedoms to Hong Kong itself.
